Serious Sam's enemy roster is built around alien invaders, mutated creatures, and military-style automatons—gargoyles, diggers, drones, mummies, yetis, brain-buckets, and various boss-class aliens. None of these are referred to as 'FEV Troopers' in any official Croteam material, patch note, or supplementary guide.

The term FEV belongs to the Fallout universe, where it denotes the Forced Evolutionary Virus that drives the mutations seen in creatures like the RadScorpion, the Deathclaw, and the Feral Ghouls. Conflating the two franchises risks attributing a Fallout mechanic to a game that has no such system.
